Authentic Specialty Foods was one of the first companies to produce Salsa and Mexican Sauces in the U.S. Ninety years later, we are still producing great tasting products; Salsa, Taco Sauce, Enchilada Sauce, Chiles and Peppers.

We aren’t a big company, but we love what we do.  That’s why we have been making great Salsa and Sauces since 1917.
